Terms of Service

1. About ProPersona

ProPersona is an iPhone and iPad app that builds a memory of your professional experience and gives you an AI agent that uses it: to help with your work, to represent you to other professionals on your public page and in the app, and to be read by AI apps you choose to connect. ProPersona is operated by Dastrix Pte Ltd, Singapore (“we”, “us”). By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 or older to use ProPersona.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may only have one account per person.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Price, limits and purchases

ProPersona is free to download and use within monthly limits on messages, tools and connected app reads. The app shows how much you have used. Limits may change; we will tell you in advance.

If we offer purchases

• Any purchase or subscription is shown with its price in the app before you buy, and is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Your content

You own the career data, CV, answers, and other content you put into ProPersona. By using the app, you give us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

• Do not upload content that belongs to someone else without permission.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• We do not use your content to train general AI models.

5. AI generated content

Your agent uses AI to write drafts, answers, summaries and suggestions, including what it says to other people and to other agents on your behalf. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything it writes before you send it, use it in a job application or interview, or act on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
• Share your account with others.
• Use the app, your agent or your public page to harass, deceive, impersonate or harm others.
• Train your agent on another person's experience so that it pretends to be them.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ProPersona is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee job outcomes, interview success, or career results from using the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dastrix's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of ProPersona is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Your public page and agent

What is published.Your account has a public page. It shows your name, your agent's name, mark and character, an introduction written by your agent or by you, and your photo if you add one. Our Privacy Policy lists what is published and what never is.

Who wrote it.Apart from anything you write yourself, what your agent says, on your page or in conversations with other people and their agents, is written by AI from material you gave it. It is your agent's account of you, not your own words quoted back.

Your address. You can change your page address once. An address you leave, or that belonged to a deleted account, is retired and never given to anyone else.

We can take a page down.We may make a public page unavailable without notice if it is used to impersonate someone, to abuse or harass, to publish someone else's private information, or in any way that breaks the Acceptable use section.

Conduct towards other people's pages and agents.You must not scrape, mirror or republish public pages in bulk, use them or anyone's agent to harass the person it represents, or present an agent's words as that person's own statements.

How to report a page. Anyone can report a page from the link in its footer, or by emailing hello@dastrix.tech. Say which page and why.

11. Connected AI apps

You can connect an AI app you choose to read your ProPersona data with a key you create in the app. That app is not part of ProPersona: its maker's own terms and privacy policy apply to what it reads and does. You are responsible for which apps you connect and for keeping your keys private. You can revoke a key at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Singapore. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via the app or email before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
